青霉素与妇科千金片联合治疗急性盆腔炎临床分析

目的探讨青霉素联合妇科千金片治疗急性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法 136例急性盆腔炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各68例,对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予青霉素400×104U静脉滴注,每日2次;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予妇科千金片6片口服,每日3次;10~15 d为1个疗程。比较2组的疗效、症状消除时间和血清中肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）和C反应蛋白（CRP）水平。结果观察组总有效率为94.1%,高于对照组的80.9%（P〈0.05）;观察组的体温恢复正常时间、腹痛消失时间和包块消除时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;2组治疗后血清中TNF-α、IL-6、CRP水平均明显下降（均P〈0.01）,组间比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;2组不良反应发生率无明显差别（P〉0.05）。结论青霉素联合妇科千金片治疗急性盆腔炎疗效显著,可以改善患者的免疫功能,安全性好,值得在临床推广。

Clinical analysis on penicillin combined with Gynecologic Qianjin Tablets in treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory

Objective ] To investigate the clinical effect of penicillin combined with Gynecologic Qianjin Tablets in treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory. Methods] 136 patients with cute pelvic inflammatory were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 68 cases in each group. All the patients were given the conventional treatment, the control group was treated with 400 × 10^4 U penicillin by intravenous infusion, twice a day, and the observation group received 6 tablets of the Gynecologic Qianjin Tablets by oral administration on the basis of the control group, 3 times a day. Results ] A treatment course was 10-15 days. The clinical effect, time of symptoms elimination, and serum levels of tumor necrosis factor α （TNF-α） , interleukin-6 （IL-6） and C-reactive protein （CRP ） were compared between two groups. The total effective rate of the observation group （ 94. 1% ） was significantly higher than that of the control group （ 80.9% ） significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The time of body temperature returned to normal level, the abdominal pain relieving time, and the enclosed mass elimination time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the serum levels of TNF-α, IL- 6 and CRP in both groups reduced significantly （ all P 〈 0.01 ） , and the differences between two groups were significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ] The clinical effect of penicillin combined with Gynecologic Qianjin Tablets in treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory is satisfactory and safe. The therapy can improve patients＇immune function, and it is worthy of clinic application.
