摘    要:利用寡核苷酸探针LZF-1对小鲵科三个不同属12个标本和一个东方蝾螈标本进行了DNA指纹图谱分析,同时结合它们的形态性状从分子水平上研究这些物种的亲缘关系,并对巴鲵(Liua)的分类地位等问题进行探讨.结果表明,小鲵属(Hynobius)与北鲵属(Ranodon)亲缘关系更近,与山溪鲵属(Batrachuperus)则相距更远;山溪鲵属较小鲵属、北鲵属更进化.巴鲵与山溪鲵属亲缘关系较北鲵属更为接近,因此巴鲵不应归入北鲵属,巴鲵属为有效属称更为合理.

Abstract:In the classification of the Hynobiidae of amphibians, there are some divarications on the identification of some species. the DNA fingerprints of 12 species of different genera of Hynobiidae and one Cynops species were gotten by Using the labeling DNA fingerprinting probe LZF-1. Through the above mentioned DNA fingerprints, combined with the characterisitics and morphological differences, we analysed the relative relationships among those species. In addition, we studied the classification of L. shihi. The results indicated that Hynobius is closer to Ranodon than to Batrachuperus , and the latter is more advancement than Hynobius and Ranodon. L. shihi is closer to Batrachuperus than to Ranodon, so it is not reasonable to place L.shihi under the genus Ranodon. Liua should be regarded as a valid genus for including L.shihi of Liu(1950).
