| 摘 要： | 随着人口及经济的快速增长，人类对矿产资源的需求量也迅猛增长，矿产资源需求量的急剧增加与矿产资源不可再生之间的矛盾日益突出。地球上有限的矿产资源还能供人类享用多久？现有的矿产资源最大限度能供地球上多少人享用？章提出了矿产资源环境溶量的概念，以期对今后矿产资源合理开发提供阈限值。

| Abstract: | With the rapid growth of population and economics, the human being's demand of mineral resources also increased fast. There is an outstanding contradiction between the demand and supply of mineral resources. How long can the limited mineral resources supply for human being? How many people can the present mineral resources supply at most? In order to provide a limited index for exploitation of mineral resources, the paper put forward the concept of environmental capacity of mineral resources. |
