摘    要:以4-三氟甲基苯胺为原料,经重氮化、Grignard反应、Wolff-Kishner-黄鸣龙还原反应制得标题化合物.研究表明:n(Mg)∶n(4-三氟甲基溴苯)∶n(草酸二乙酯)=1.2∶1∶1.5、反应温度为50~60 ℃、n(4-三氟甲基苯乙酮酸乙酯)∶n(水合肼)=1∶1.2,总收率68.4%,并通过~1HNMR对中间体及产物进行了结构确证.

Abstract:(4-Trifluoromethylphenyl)acetic acid was prepared from 4-trifluoromethylaniline through the diazotization reaction,the Grignard reaction and the Wolff-Kishner-Huang reaction.The results indicated that at a molar ratio of n(Mg)∶n(p-bromobenzotrifluoride)∶n(diethyl oxalate)=1.2∶1∶1.5,a reaction temperature of 50~60 ℃,and a molar ratio of n(ethyl 4-trifluoromethylbenzoylformate)∶n(hydrazine hydrate)=1∶1.2,the isolated product yield was 68.4%.The structure of the product and the intermediate were characterized by ~1HNMR spectroscopy.
