基于表面形貌参数评定的缸盖结合面密封性研究

摘    要:通过用美国Coherix Shapix3700仪器测量得到的缸盖结合面的点云数据,进行相应的数字处理,在现有泄漏量计算公式的基础上,得到了表面形貌特征参数Avm与泄漏量Q之间的函数关系,同时引用轮廓偏斜度Ask对表面形貌进行了评定.根据表面形貌特征参数Ask0时Avm和Ask对泄露量的影响,推导出结合面更为全面的泄漏量计算公式,建立了更为直观的泄漏模型,并总结出了结合面的加工规律.结果表明:表面形貌与密封性能存在着密切的关系,采用评定表面形貌参数的方法能够有效地控制结合面的密封性能,对缸盖今后的实际加工制造具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract:By processing the pint-cloud data from cylinder-head interface through US-made Coherix Shapix3700 measuring instrument, the function relationship between surface topographical properties, Avm, and leakage value Q, is obtained. By considering the contour skewness,Ask, the surface morphology is evaluated. According to the impact of surface morphological properties, Avm and Ask, upon leakage value Q, when Ask〈0, a more comprehensive calculation formula is deduced to establish a more precise leakage model and attain the interface machining discipline. To this end, it is found from results that, due to a close relation between surface morphology and leak-tightness, the surface morphological parameter evaluation method can effectively control interface leakage performance so as to set a guidance for practical cylinder-head machining and manufacturing.
