休克和休克并发休克肺过程植物神经电活动观察

摘    要:在出血性休克和出血性休克并发休克肺两过程,用电生理仪记录了植物神经的电活动。在单纯休克过程:颈交感神经传出冲动减弱,颈迷走神经传入冲动、内脏大神经和减压神经的传出冲动均见增强;阻断迷走神经传入冲动后,颈交感神经放电活动立即变为增强。在休克并发休克肺时:颈交感神经电活动不再是减弱而是增强;其余三神经干电活动仍为增强,而且较单纯休克时增强得更为明显。本文对上述诸项变化的发生和意义作了分析和讨论。

Abstract:In the two Pathological processes, hemorrhagic Shock and hemorrhagic shock complicated with shock lung, the spontanous discharges of autonomic nerves were registered by electro-physiological instrument VC-9. In the process of simple hemorrhagic shock, the efferent impulses of cervical sympathetic nerve decreased, the afferent impules of cervical vagus, the efferent impules of major splanchnic nerve and cardiac depressor nerve increased. After the vagus being tied, the discharges of cervical sympathetic nerve which had decreased were turned into increase immediately. In the hemorrhagic shock complicated with shock lung, the efferent or afferent impulses of all the four nerves increased and its discharges either in voltage. or in frequency were greater than in the simple hemorrhagic shock. The above-mentioned results were analysed and discussed in this article.
