艾司西酞普兰联合米氮平治疗难治性抑郁症患者的疗效观察

目的探讨艾司西酞普兰联合米氮平治疗难治性抑郁症患者的疗效和安全性。方法将64例难治性抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组各32例，研究组予艾司西酞普兰联合米氮平治疗，对照组单用艾司西酞普兰，观察8周。于治疗前及治疗2周、4周、8周末采用汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定临床疗效，副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果治疗4周末、8周末两组问HAMD的减分率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），研究组较对照组的HAMD总分下降显著。两组不良反应均轻微，副反应量表（TESS）评分两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0，05）。结论艾司西酞普兰联合米氮平治疗难治性抑郁症安全有效。

Efficacy of Escitaloparm with mirtazapine in treatment of refractory depression

Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of the treatment by using the combination of Escitalop- arm and mirtazapine for refractory depression. Methods Totally 64 cases of patient with refractory depression were ran- domly divided into two groups of 32 cases each, research group for Escitaloparm combination treatment with mirtazapine, the control group only with s -eitalopram,was observed for 8 weeks. Efficacy were assessed with the Hamilton Depres- sion Scale（HAMD） and adverse reaction with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） before treatment and at the end of the 2nd,4th and 8th week. Results There were significant differences in the duration of score - reducing rate between the two groups at the end of the 4st and 8nd week （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The research group lowered more signifi- cantly than the control group in the HAMD total scores. Adverse reaction of both groups were mild, there were no signifi- cant differences in the TESS scores between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Escitaloparm and mirtazapine is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with refractory depression.
