| 摘 要： | 为了解决火车运输商品煤的煤质检测存在的问题,通过机械化采样设备直接在运煤车上采集具有代表性的煤样进行品质检验。火车用门式煤采样装置采用螺旋钻取方法采集垂直断面的煤样,通过门架和小车沿车厢的纵向和横向行走实现定点和任意点的采样,保证采样具有代表性。该装置结构紧凑,工作流程短,工作效率高;采制样系统全密封,水分损失小,无粉尘污染,对控制电力生产成本,保证锅炉安全经济运行,保护环境起到重要的作用。
