嘉善地区5年间流动人口围产儿出生缺陷分析

目的了解和分析本地区流动人口围产儿出生缺陷发生情况及其相关因素，为制定适合本地区的出生缺陷干预措施提供依据。方法回顾性分析2008年1月-2012年12月5年间嘉善县中医医院流动人口出生缺陷围产儿资料及其相关因素。结果5年间出生缺陷围产儿共122例，出生缺陷顺位前5位为先天性心脏病、耳部畸形、多／并指（趾）、唇腭裂和神经管畸形；出生缺陷诊断以出生后诊断为主；5年来出生缺陷发生率呈上升趋势。结论加强流动人口的宣传教育和孕期保健系统管理，提高流动人口的孕期保健覆盖率、产前筛查率和产前诊断率，对降低出生缺陷发生率，提高出生人口素质有着重要意义。

Analysis on the birth defect of perinatal infants for foating population in 5 year.

Objective： To realize and analysis the occurrence of birth defects in floating population, provides the basis for formula- ting measures to intervene birth defects. Methods： Analysis of maternity women and their fetuses and infants during perinatal period from Jan 2008 to Dec 2012 was monitored. Results： 122 cases of birth defects were detected in five year; Top five in the sequence of all kinds of birth defects ： Congenital heart disease, ear deformity, polydactylism, chilopalatognathus and neural tube defect; The per- centage of birth defect showed a uptrend. Conclusion： It should be strengthened to enhance publicizing health education and populari- zing prepoteney knowledge, and promote diagnosis technology to prevent birth defects and promote the quality of population.
