| 摘 要： | 目的:观察超重及肥胖者血浆游离脂肪酸、血糖、血脂水平及分析其相关关系。方法:检测57例超重及肥胖者及56例体重正常者血浆游离脂肪酸浓度、血糖、血脂水平。结果:超重及肥胖者FFA、血糖、TG水平较体重正常组升高(P<0.01)且FFA与血糖、TG水平呈正相关(相关系数分别为0.320,0.406,P<0.05)。结论:超重及肥胖患者血浆游离脂肪酸浓度升高伴有血糖升高,可能是超重及肥胖患者糖尿病发病的重要因素之一。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum FFA,glucose and lipid in patients with overweight and obesity . Methods: Serum FFA, fasting blood sugar and lipid were measured in 57 overweight and obesity subjects and 56 normal subjects matched for age and sex. Results:Overweight and obesity subjects had higher serum FFA, FBS and TG compared with normal subjects(P<0.01);Plasma FFA level was elevated and was positively related to blood glucose(r= 0.320,P<0.05) and blood lipid(r=0.406,P<0.01)in overweight and obesity subjects. Conclusion:Higher serum FFA can elevate the blood glucose and may be an important factor in the pathogenesis of diabetes in overweight and obesity subjects. |
