摘    要:利用基于模型标定方法对某共轨柴油机进行经济性标定优化;系统介绍了基于模型标定方法的3个阶段,即试验设计、发动机统计建模和标定优化。试验结果表明,优化后的发动机燃油消耗率MAP有明显改善,且整个标定过程耗时较少。

Abstract:This paper presents using model-based calibration method to optimize the fuel economy of common rail diesel engine and systemically introduces three stages of model-based calibration method,including experiment design,engine statistical modeling and calibration optimization.The test result shows that the engine fuel consumption is significantly improved and the time for calibration becomes shorter.
