| 摘 要： | ８０例颈部淋巴结结核性脓肿应用全身化疗的同时，采用切开引流并ＩＮＨ、ＲＦＰ药液（ＨＲ液）治疗。近期治愈率１００％，复发率２．５％。此法切口愈合快、方法简便。

| Abstract: | Eighty patients with cervical tuberculous lymph node abscess were treated with "Incision-Drainage-HR Liquid" method combined with anti-tuberculous chemotherapy, with a cure rate of 100% and a relapse rate of 2.5%. Our results showed that the new treatment resulted in early healing of incision. The method is simple and the "HR Liquid"is easy to prepare and it can be widely used in clinical practice. |
