吉西他滨联合卡培他滨治疗乳腺癌肺转移35例临床观察

目的观察吉西他滨(泽菲)联合卡培他滨(希罗达)治疗乳腺癌肺转移患者的临床疗效和不良反应,为临床提供依据。方法 35例乳腺癌肺转移患者,用吉西他滨注射液1000 mg/(m2.d),第1,8天静脉点滴,卡培他滨1500 mg/(m2.d),分早晚2次餐后30 min口服,第1～14天,21 d为1个周期,连用2～6个周期,2个周期和6个周期评价疗效。结果 35例患者完全缓解(CR)11例(31.4%),部分缓解(PR)13例(37.1%)总有效率(CR+PR)为68.6%,稳定(SD)6例(17.1%),进展(PD)5例(14.3%)。不良反应主要是骨髓抑制、手足综合征和胃肠道反应,对症治疗后均获缓解。结论吉西他滨联合卡培他滨治疗肺转移性乳腺癌有较好疗效,不良反应能耐受,是一种安全有效的化疗方案。

Clinical observation of combination of gemcitabine and capecitabine on treatment of 35cases of breat cancer lung metastasis

Objective To study the elinical efficacy and toxicity of gemeitabine and capeeitabine combination regimen in treatment of breat cancer patients with lung metastasis, in order to provide aeeordanee for clinieal therapy. Methods A total of 35 patients with lung metastasis reeeived gemeitabine and eapeeitabine combination regimen, gemeitabine 1000 mg/m^2 · d,iv gtt for 15 min, day 1,8 ; capeeitabine 1500 mg/ m^2 · d,twice daily,within 30 min after meal,day 1 to 14,The regimen was repeated every 21 days and the clinical response was recorded after two cycles and six cycles. Results CR l 1 eases, PR 13 eases,SD 6 cases,and PD 5 cases, the overall response rate was 68. 6%. The main adverse events include myelosuppression, hang-foot syndrome, nausea and vomiting,. All the adverse enents disappeared within several days after proper managments. Conclusion The eombination of gemcitabine and eapeeitabine provides a well-tolerated and active chemotherapy regimen for breast cancer patients with lung metastasis.
