SLE患者血中ANA、ds-DNA、ENA和ANuA联合检测的临床意义

目的:研究SLE患者血中ANA,ds-DNA,ENA和ANuA联合检测的临床意义。方法:采用间接免疫荧光法测定ANA,ds-DNA;采用斑点免疫层析法测定ENA;采用ELISA方法测定ANuA。共检测68例SLE(系统性红斑狼疮)患者及30名健康献血者血清中上述抗体。结果:68例SLE患者血中ANA阳性率为94.1%,抗ds-DNA阳性率为52.9%,ANuA阳性率为60.3%。在ENA抗体系列中抗Sm,抗U1RNP,抗SS-A和SS-B阳性率分别为41.2%,29.4%,45.6%和13.2%;抗Jo-1和抗SCL-70均未显示阳性。结论:ANA,ds-DNA,ENA和ANuA的联合检测可以提高对SLE诊断的敏感性和特异性。

Clinical significance of combined detection of serum ANA,ds-DNA,ENA,AND ANuA in SLE patients

Objective to study the clinical significance of combined detection of serum antinuclear antibody(ANA),anti-double strand antibody(ds-DNA),extractable nuclear antigen(ENA),and anti-nucleosomes antibody(ANuA) in SLE patients.Method ANA,ds-DNA was determined with indirect immunofluorescence assay(IIF);ENA was determined with dot immunochromatographic assay,ANuA was determined with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 68 SLE patients and 30 healthy adults.Results The positive rate of ANA,ds-DNA and ANuA are 94.1%,52.9% and 60.3%;the positive rate of Sm,U1RNP,SS-Aand SS-B are 41.2%,29.4%,45.6% and 13.2%,Jo-1 and SCL-70 are negative in all the samples.Conclusion The combined detection of ANA,ds-DNA,ENA and ANuA can increase the sensitivity and sepecificity of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).
