摘    要:根据 CO2 短路过渡焊的电弧电压只有与焊接电流形成最佳匹配 ,短路过程才最稳定 ,飞溅量也较少的特点 ,利用模糊控制原理设计了一种以焊接电流为设定参数能够对电弧电压自动寻优的控制系统 ,真正实现了主要规范参数的一元化控制

Abstract:For the CO 2 short circuit transition welding, the short circuit process is unstable with serious spattering unless the optimum matching between the arc voltage and the welding current is achieved. According to the fuzzy control theory, the control system was designed to search automatically for the optimum arc voltage,taking welding curren as set current,realizing really unifying control over the main welding parameters.
