摘    要:[目的]探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血小板一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性的变化及意义.[方法]不稳定性心绞痛和急性心肌梗死患者各20例,健康成人20例作为对照,采集外周静脉血,同位素二步色谱法测定三组基础状态及组胺、NG-硝基-L-精氨酸甲酯(L-NAME)干预下血小板NOS活性.[结果]ACS患者血小板NOS活性明显低于对照组(P〈0.05);组胺干预后对照组血小板NOS明显增加(P0.05);心绞痛组血小板NOS活性低于心梗组,但无统计学差异(P〉0.05);L-NAME干预后三组NOS活性均显著下降(P〈0.05).[结论]血小板NOS活性降低是ACS患者血小板激活机制之一.

Abstract:[Objective]To explore the changes of platelet nitric oxide synthase(NOS) activity in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and its significance. [Methods] Twenty patients with unstable angina and 20 patients with acute myocardial infarction were chosen. Twenty healthy adults were selected as the controls. Periph- eral venous blood was collected. Gel-filtration chromatography was used to measure the basal status and NOS activity under the intervention with histamine and NG-nitro-L-arginine Methyl ester(L-NAME). [Results] Platelet NOS activity in ACS patients was obviously lower than that in healthy controls( P 〈0.05). After histamine inter- vention, platelet NOS activity in healthy controls obviously increased( P 〈0.05). Platelet NOS activity in unstable angina group and myocardial infarction group after histamine intervention increased, but there was no signifi- cant difference( P 〉0.05). Platelet NOS activity in unstable angina group was lower than that in acute myocardial infarction group, but there was no significant difference( P 〉0.05). After L-NAME intervention, platelet NOS activity in all three groups significantly decreased( P 〈0.05). [Conclusion] The decrease of platelet NOS activity in ACS patients is one of the mechanism of platelet activation.
