Investigation and Analysis of the Farmer Occupation Education and Training Needs in YunFu Comprehensive Rural Reform Pilot Area: The 1000 Farmer Samples

The farmers are the main force of comprehensive rural reform pilot area construction and the practitioners of the development of modem agriculture. To realize the objectives of the growth of agricultural production, increase of farmers＇ incomes and rural development, the key is to strengthen the farmer occupation education and training. According to the survey of 1000 households in the rural comprehensive reform experimental zone of Yunfu city, it is found that there exist many problems, such as lack of funds, poly-department, shortage of teachers and backward in legislation. To improvement the farmer occupation education and training in comprehensive rural reform pilot area, it is should to establish and perfect the occupation education laws and regulations system about farmers, speed up the occupation standard of the modern occupation farmers, select training content according to the needs of the modem occupation farmers, increase financial input of farmer occupation education and training.
