高压氧联合醒脑静注射液治疗颅脑创伤后脑梗死的临床疗效

摘    要:目的:观察高压氧联合醒脑静注射液治疗颅脑创伤(TBI)后脑梗死的临床疗效并探讨其对神经功能缺损和血液流变学的影响。方法:将62例TBI脑梗死患者按入院顺序分为对照组、观察组各31例,对照组给予醒脑静注射液3 mL静脉滴注;观察组在对照组基础上给予高压氧治疗,1次/d。2组均连续治疗20天后观察临床疗效,并评价2组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NDS)以及血液流变学各指标变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为87.1%,明显高于对照组的67.7%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后NDS评分均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组NDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后血液流变学各指标明显优于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高压氧联合醒脑静注射液治疗TBI脑梗死的临床疗效确切,能明显降低患者NDS评分和改善血液流变学指标,而且未增加不良反应发生率。

Clinical Effects of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with XingNaoJing Injection for the Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury Cerebral Infarction

Abstract:Objective:To discuss clinical effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with XingNaoJing injection in treating traumatic brain injury (TBI) cerebral infarction and the impact on neurological deficit and blood rheology. Methods:All 62 patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group equally by the visiting consequence, the control group received intravenous dripping of XingNaoJing injection, 3mL; and the observation group hyperbaric oxygen on the foundation of the therapy given to the control group, once per day. Clinical effects were observed after treating for 20 consecutive days, the changes of neurological deficit scale (NDS) and the indexes of blood rheology were assessed before and after treating in both groups. Results:Total effective rate of the observa-tion group was 87.1%, higher than 67.7% of the control group remarkably, the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05);NDS of both groups after treating were lower than those before treating (P<0.05), NDS of the observa-tion group was obviously lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);all the indexes of blood rheology in the ob-servation group after treating were superior to those in the same group before treating and the control group signifi-cantly (P<0.05);the difference had no statistical meaning in the incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05). Conclu-sion:Hyperbaric oxygen combined with XingNaoJing injection could obtain definite effects for TBI cerebral infarc-tion, which could significantly reduce NDS scale and improve the indexes of blood rheology with minor adverse re-actions.
