7-氨基-3-无-3-头孢-4-羧酸的合成改进

摘    要:为了改进7-ANCA的合成工艺,以7-苯乙酰氨-3-羟基-3-头孢-4-羧酸-二苯甲酯为原料,经还原、酯化、脱保护等反应合成了7-ANCA。结果显示,优化后的工艺成本较低,适合工业生产,总收率为56.0%,产品纯度达到98.0%。

Abstract:In order to improve the synthetic procedure of 7-ANCA,a cephalosporin nuclei,by the method of the target compound was synthesized from 7-phenyacetylamino-3-hydroxy-3-cepham-4-carboxylic acid diphenylmethy ester by the step of deoxidization,esterification,deprotection.The result show that the improveding synthetic procedure has the advantage of low cost and is suitable for industrial production and total yield was 56.0%,the product HPLC purity was more than 98%.
