胶原三螺旋重复蛋白1（Cthrc1）及CD34在瘢痕疙瘩中的表达及其意义

目的探讨胶原三螺旋重复蛋白1（Cthrc1）在瘢痕疙瘩中的表达及其与血管增生的相关性。方法采用免疫组化方法检测了34例瘢痕疙瘩组织及10例正常前胸皮肤组织中Cthrc1、CD34的表达。结果瘢痕疙瘩皮损中Cthrc1表达较其在正常人成纤维细胞中的表达显著增强（P〈0.05）,正常人成纤维细胞弱阳性表达或者不表达;瘢痕疙瘩皮损真皮乳头微血管数较正常人真皮乳头显著增多（P〈0.05）;瘢痕疙瘩皮损中Cthrc1的表达水平与血管密度计数（mi-crovessel density,MVD）均呈显著相关性（r=-0.4889,P〈0.05）。结论 Cthrc1在瘢痕疙瘩皮损中表达异常,高水平的Cthrc1表达可能与瘢痕疙瘩侵袭性有关,并促进真皮乳头血管形成。

Expression of Cthrcl and CD34 In keloid

Objective To study the expression and the relation of Collagen triple helix repeat containing 1（Cthrc1） and angiogenesis in keloid.MethodsThe expressions of Cthrc1 and CD34 in skin lesions of 34 cases with keloid and in 10 cases of nomal skin were examined with immunohistochemistry staining（SP）.ResultsThe expression of Cthrc1 was significantly higher in fibroblasts of keloid than in fibroblasts of the controls（P〈0.05）.Weak expression of Cthrc1 was found in fibroblasts of controls.The microvessel density（MVD） was significantly higher in fibroblasts of keloid than in fibroblasts of controls（P〈0.05）.There was significantly positive correlation beween the level of expression of Cthrc1 in fibroblasts of patients and MVD of patients（r=-0.4889,P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe expression of Cthrc1 is markedly increased in fibroblasts of patient with keloid.The higher expression of Cthrc1 may increase the invasion and vascularization of keloid
