统计过程控制技术在卷烟加工过程中的应用

摘    要:因卷烟加工的特殊性,运用统计过程控制(SPC)技术可以对加工过程的稳定起到很好的作用。国外烟草企业(如菲莫和JT公司)在制造过程中强调的标准化生产,统计过程控制技术在稳定产品质量中广泛使用。该文通过应用统计技术,对卷烟生产过程的重要质量特性值进行工序质量分析,判断和评价卷烟卷制过程是否受控,从而找出产生问题的原因,采取有效措施,达到改进与保证产品质量的目的。

Abstract:Because of the special nature of cigarette production,the use of statistical process control(SPC)technolo gy can be a very good role on the process stability. Foreign tobacco companies(such as Philip Morris and JT) standardized production is emphasized in the manufacturing process, is widely used in the stability of product quality in statistical process control. In this paper,through the application of statistical techniques,on the main quality characteristics of cigarette production process the value of the process quality analysis ,judgment and evalu ation of cigarette manufacturing process is controlled, so as to find out the causes of the problems, take effective measures,to achieve the Duroose of improving and ensuring the oualitv of products.
