| 摘 要： | 载脂蛋白E基因敲除小鼠是目前在动脉粥样硬化 (AS)研究领域中应用最多的基因工程动物。参考国内外应用载脂蛋白E基因敲除小鼠研究AS的有关文献 ,就其AS病灶形成的规律及形态学改变 ,有氧运动和饮食对该小鼠AS病灶的影响 ,关于调脂药物和其它药物研究情况 ,骨髓移植和基因治疗对该种小鼠AS病灶的影响等方面作一综述 ,以期将这种基因工程小鼠动物模型更广泛地应用于中西医药研究

| Abstract: | Apolipoprotein E gene knockout mice is now the best animal model in the research of atherosclerosis. This article reviewed the data about the morphological changes of atherosclerotic lesions, the effect of aerobic movement and high fat diet,its application in pharmacological research, marrow transplantation and gene therapy on apoE gene knockout mice. The apoE gene knockout mice as an animal model should be more and more used in the research of traditional Chinese medicine and west medicine. |
