气体搅拌下微分萃取过程的传质及流体力学性能的研究

摘    要:在装有静态分布器的萃取塔中 ,对有气体搅拌下的水、煤油 (苯甲酸 )萃取系统的滞液率、气含率和传质系数进行了实验研究 ,从而得出气体搅拌下传质更充分的结论。分析了滞液率、气含率和传质系数的影响因素及分布规律。

Abstract:The gas holdup,dispersed phase holdup and mass transfer coefficient of extraction system in a extraction column with static mixer were studied.The conclusion was drawn that the mass transfer rate can be greatly improved under the gas agitated condition.The influence factors were also studied.
