压裂用大功率五缸柱塞泵的研制

随着油田压裂工艺的发展,大功率的柱塞泵越来越成为压裂作业的发展趋势,为此,研制了SJ2500五缸柱塞泵。这种泵具有压力高、排量大、性能可靠、结构紧凑、操作灵活等特点,采用一种柱塞的性能参数(压力、排量)可覆盖目前所有固井、压裂用三缸柱塞泵在各种柱塞时的性能参数,是油田酸化压裂作业的理想设备。该泵于2006年7月在美国德克萨斯州井场工作,其噪声等级低于现场其它泵,经过354h的现场施工,整个泵运行状态良好,美国用户对泵的整个操作很满意。

Development of high duty five-cylinder plunger pump for oilfield fracturing

With the development of oilfield fracturing technology,the high duty plunger pump has increasingly been the development tendency of fracturing operation.Therefore,SJ2500 five-cylinder plunger pump is developed with the features of high pressure,large displacement,reliable performance,compact configuration and flexible operation.As an ideal device for acidizing and fracturing in oilfields,the new pump uses the performance parameters(pressure and displacement)of one kind of plunger to cover the performance parameters of various plungers of three-cylinder plunger pump for cementing and fracturing.The new pump was used in the wellsite in Texas in U.S.in July,2006 with noise level lower than other pumps on the spot.With 354 hours of in situ operation,the pump works without any failure.The U.S.user was very satisfied with the whole operation of the pump.
