引风机轴承烧瓦原因分析及治理

摘    要:为进一步减少火力发电厂烧瓦现象的发生,就徐塘发电厂62号引风机试运过程中的轴瓦温度高和烧瓦事故进行了分析,从轴承的结构、润滑油和冷却方式等多个方面对轴瓦温升原因进行了分析,提出和实施了多种改进措施.最终通过设计和实施强制外循环冷却装置,改进了轴承润滑和冷却效果,彻底解决了轴承温度高的缺陷,保证了设备的安全、经济运行.

Abstract:In order to further reduce the occurrences of bearing burnt-out faihure in the thermal power plants,The bearing overtemperature and burnt - out far.re of NO.b2 induced draft fan during trial operation in Xutang Power Plant was analyged,the causes of bearing tern perature rising were analyged from several angles,in particular,the configuration,lubrication and cooling methods of bearings were tested many times,with various improvement measures put forward and imple- mented.Finahlly, the forced assisted- circulation cooling equipment was designed and adopted,the lubrication and cooling effects of bearings were hnproved,the high temperatttre defect of bearings was thoroughly eliminated,and the safe and economic operatiom of induced draft fans in Xutang Power Plant was ensured.
