摘    要:10000m^3/h空分设备因雷击、电网故障连续两次停车后,氧气出塔压力下降,原因为雨水进入主换热器冷端,使氧通道堵塞。通过大加温消除了故障。

Abstract:The outlet oxygen pressure from the column of a 10000m^3/h air separation unit was found lower than usual level, after two shutdowns due to lightning strike and electric network failure. The pressure drop is attributed to the blockage in oxygen channel caused by the intruding rainwater at the cold end of main heat exchanger. The malfunction was successfully cleared off through intense wanning up.
