摘    要:为了研究生活污水灌溉对土壤微生物生物量和酶活性的影响,采用不同污水灌溉量(0,300,600,900,1200,1500m3/(hm。·week)),进行了生活污水杨树林地灌溉试验.结果表明:随着污水灌溉量增加,土壤微生物生物量碳、生物量氮、生物量磷含量增加,多酚氧化酶、尿酶、磷酸酶活性增强,在一定灌溉量达到最大值后,随着灌溉量的增加而降低.较低灌溉量改善了土壤微生物学性质,灌溉量过大,土壤微生物生物量含量与酶活性降低,土壤质量下降.

Abstract:A wastewater irrigation experiment with different irrigation volume (0,300,600,900, 1200,1500 m3/Oam:'week)) in poplar woodland was conducted to study the effect of domestic wastewater on soil microbial biomass and enzymes activities. The results showed the content of soil microbial biomass C, N, P and the activity of catalase, urinary enzyme, alkaline phosphatase enzymes in poplar woodland increased with an increased irrigation volume, while after a peak turning up at a certain irrigation volume, a decrease of those indictors was observed. The soil microbial properties were improved at lower irrigation volume. The microbial biomass, enzymes activities and soil quality decreased at higher irrigation volume.
