摘    要:该文采用AMESim软件对液压支架试验台平台升降系统进行仿真分析。提出一种在AMESim软件中利用液压元件设计(HCD)库和机械库中的元件,采用单级液压缸级联方式来构建多级液压缸模型的方法。该系统是一个典型的四缸同步控制电液系统,针对试验台的工作情况,对升降系统进行模型设计和仿真分析。当发生偏载的情况下,得到同步误差曲线,为进一步设计与试验提供参考。

Abstract:In this paper AMESim software is used to simulate and analyze the rig platform of hydraulic support lifting system simulation analysis.This paper puts forward one kind of methods that in AMESim software using hydraulic components design(HCD) library and the elements of machinery library,the single level hydraulic cylinder cascade way to construct the multi-step hydraulic cylinder model.The system is a typical four cylinder synchronous control electric hydraulic system,which is used to make model design and simulation analysis according to the working conditions of the test lifting system.When there is a partial load,the system can get synchronization error curve to provide references for further design and test.
