乌参1井四开复杂地层钻井液技术

摘    要:为确保乌参1井钻探成功,研发了密度从1.20g/cm3到1.80g/cm3的抗高温封堵防塌钻井液体系,该体系抗温性、沉降稳定性、抑制性、封堵性好,抗粘土污染能力强.该体系在乌参1井四开井段进行了应用,取得了良好的应用效果,解决了复杂地层井壁失稳及超深井钻井液高温稳定性的问题,完成了设计目的和地质任务,并为深化研究乌伦古地区成藏条件及下步勘探部署提供了基础资料.

Abstract:In order to finish the exploration goat, thesealing and anti-caving was developed, and itrs density was from 1.20 to 1.80g/cm3. The drilling fluid system had high heat tolerance, sedimentation stability, inhibition and formation sealing performance, and the capability of anti-clay contamination was strong. The drilling fluid system was applied in the fourth interval of Wucan 1 well with good effects. The problems inclu ding borehole wail instability in complex formation and high-temperature stability of drilling fluid in ultradeep well were solved, and designing goal and geological exploration task were finished. At last, the success of drilling the well provide the basic data for deep research reservoir forming conditions in Wulungu depression and arrangement further exploration.
