| 摘 要： | 国家创新体系对我国高等学校提出了新要求,但我国高校的现状和新要求之间还存在很大差距.根据国内的经验和我国高校的特点,必须实施高等教育创新工程.而高等教育创新工程本身涉及的面很广,必须分层次、分步骤进行.从实际出发,高等教育创新主要是高校的工作,高校应重构人才评价体系、构建创新人才培养模式、对教学内容和办学模式等进行全面创新;同时,高等教育创新工程的实施也离不开政府的支持和协助.
