摘    要:镇海炼化股份公司对0.8Mt/a加氢精制装置中已使用了3.5年的RN-1催化剂进行厂器内再生。在5天再生期内没有发生过超温现象。再生后催化剂各项理化指标基本恢复到新剂水平,活性恢复率达95%以上。这说明RN-1催化剂具有良好的再生性能。

Abstract:In-situ regeneration for the RN-1 catalyst used for 3.5 years in the 800000t/yr hydrofining unit of Zhenhai Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Company was regenerated in -situ. During the 50-day regeneration period, phenomenon of over temperature did not occur. Various physical and chemical index of the catalyst were basically recovered to the same levels as fresh ones and the activity recovery percent reached up to more than 95% . It is indicated that the RN-1 catalyst is characterized by good regenerability.
