通脉降脂软胶囊对大鼠实验性高脂饮食脂肪肝模型的影响

摘    要:目的:观察通脉降脂软胶囊对大鼠实验性高脂饮食脂肪肝的影响。方法:Wister大鼠灌胃高脂乳剂建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,设空白组、模型组、通脉降脂软胶囊低、中、高剂量组、血脂康对照组,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、脂蛋白(LPα)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)及丙氨酸氨基转移酶(AST);计算肝脏系数,测定血清及肝组织脂质TC、TG、HDL、LDL并行肝脏病理组织学检查。结果:①血清脂质,血脂康对照组、高剂量组TC、TG、LDL与模型组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);②肝组织脂质含量,高剂量组与模型组比较有下降的趋势,但无显著性差异(P〈0.05);③肝组织病理学中肝脂肪性变评分值,血脂康对照组、中剂量组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05);④肝脏系数,血脂康对照组、高剂量组与对照组比较有显著性差异(P〈0.01);⑤肝肾功能指标显示,各组ALT和AST之间比较无显著性差异。结论:通脉降脂软胶囊具有降低高血脂大鼠血脂作用,减轻脂肪在肝细胞中的堆积。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of tongmai jiangzhi ruanjiaonang(capsule for promoting circulation and reducing lipid, Capsule)on experimental fatty liver model established by high-fat diet in rats. Methods:Fatty liver model was established by gastric perfusion of high fat emulsion in SD rats. They were randomized into blank group,model group,Capsule groups of low, middle and high doses successively, and xuezhikang control group. TC,TG, HDL, LDL, LPα, ALT and AST of serum were determined. Liver coefficient was calculated. TC,TG, HDL and LDL were determined in serum and liver lipid. The examination of liver histopathology was conducted. Results : ①Concerning to serum lipid, compared with model group, the outcomes of TC,TG and LDL in xuezhikang control group and high-dosage group presented significant difference (P〈 0.05, 〈0.01 ); ②Conceruing to liver lipid level,that in high-dosage group was decreased in tendency compared with model group, but no presence of significant difference (P〈0.05). ③Concerning to liver fat scoring in liver histopathology, compared with model group,significant difference was presented in xuezhikang control group and middle-dosage group (P〈 0.05).④Concerning to liver coefficient, the outcomes in xuezhikang control group and high-dosage group presented significant difference in comparison with those in control group, (P〈0.01). ⑤Indexes of hepatic and renal functions showed that significant difference was not presented in ALT and AST by comparison among groups. Conclusion:Tongmai jiangzhi ruanjiaonang decreases the level of serum lipid in rats with hyperlipidemia and reduces fat accumulation in hepatic cell.
