| 摘 要： | 目的考察不同厂家的双黄连口服液的黄芩苷含量。方法用高效液相色谱法测含量，色谱柱为Sym—metry C18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相甲醇-水-醋酸（50：50：1），检测波长274nm，流速1．0mL／min。结果12个厂家生产的双黄连口服液的黄芩苷含量差异较大。结论应建立更科学的中成药评价体系。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of baicalin in Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid made by different manufacturers, Methods The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC and was separated on Sym-metry C18 column（150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） with methanol- water - acetic acid （50 ： 50 ： 1 ） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the wavelength of 274 nm. Results The contents of baicalin were significantly different in Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid made by 12 pharmaceutical manufacturers. Conclusion More scientific quality control system of Chinese traditional patent medicine should be set up. |
