| 摘 要： | 目的研究原发性肝癌患者介入术后主要并发症与临床治疗。方法选取2011年5月-2013年8月在十堰市太和医院进行介入治疗的原发性肝癌患者85例,所有患者均通过甲胎蛋白检查、肝脏增强计算机断层扫描、B超以及病理学检查方法确诊,研究分析介入手术后主要的并发症,寻找治疗方法。结果主要的并发症状为胃肠不适、发热、肝区疼痛及不适、骨髓抑制、穿刺点出血,给予对症治疗后,均得到有效缓解和恢复。结论原发性肝癌患者介入术后易出现胃肠不适、发热、肝区疼痛及不适、骨髓抑制、穿刺点出血等症状,应给予对症治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the major complications and clinical treatment in patients with hepatocellular carci- noma after inferventional. Methods Eighty-five patients with primary liver cancer were selected from May. 2011 to Aug. 2013 in the Taihe Hospital, and detected by AFP examination, liver enhanced computed tomography, B-ultra- sound and pathology diagnosis methods, major complications after surgical intervention were analyzed. Results The main symptoms of concurrent were gastrointestinal discomfort, fever, liver pain and discomfort, bone marrow suppres- sion, puncture site bleeding, after the symptomatic treatment, they were remission and recovery. Conclusion Patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma after interventional have complications include gastrointestinal discomfort, fever, liver pain and discomfort, bone marrow suppression, puncture site bleeding, which need our attention. |
