摘    要:该文主要研究了水温对云斑尖塘鳢幼鱼摄食和生长的影响。试验共设4个温度(23℃、26℃、29℃和32℃)处理组,每组设3个平行,试验周期45d。结果表明:随着水温的升高,云斑尖塘鳢幼鱼摄食率逐渐升高,32℃时最高;相对增重率、特定生长率和饲料转化效率则呈现先升高后下降的趋势,29℃时达到最大值。方差分析表明,29℃试验组的特定生长率和饲料利用效率均显著高于其他各组(p<0.05);23℃摄食率最低,与其他组差异显著(p<0.05),另外3个温度组之间无显著性差异(p>0.05)。本研究表明,水温对云斑尖塘鳢幼鱼的摄食和生长有显著性影响,水温在29℃时幼鱼的摄食状态最佳,生长最快。

Effects of Water Temperature on Feeding and Growth of Juvenile Oxyeleotris marmoratus Bleeker

Abstract:Effects of water temperature on feeding and growth in juvenile Oxyeleotris marmoratus Bleeker were studied.The juveniles were reared at a temperature of 23℃,26℃,29℃ and 32℃ with triplica-tion for 45 days.The results show that with the temperature raising,feeding rate was increased and reached a maximum at 32℃,while weight gain rate,specific growth rate and feed efficiency were increased at first and then decreased and reached a maximum at 29℃.Analysis of variance shows that the specific growth rate and feed efficiency increased significantly at 29℃(p〈0.05);the feeding rate was decreased signifi-cantly at 23℃(p〈0.05);but the rests were not significantly different with each other(p〉0.05).The find-ings indicate that the effects of water temperature on feeding and growth of juvenile Oxyeleotris marmora-tus Bleeker was significant,and the juveniles show the best feeding and growth at a temperature of 29.
