| 摘 要： | 目的 观察缬沙坦对2型糖尿病肾病患者尿白蛋白排泄率（UAER）的影响。方法 49例2型糖尿病肾病（DN）患者随机分为观察组（25例）和对照组（24例）。全部对象均给予常规糖尿病药物治疗，观察组加予缬沙坦80mg／d，与对照组比较12周前后UAER的变化。结果 观察组UAER明显下降，显著优于对照组。结论 血管紧张素受体拮抗剂（缬沙坦）有益于减少糖尿病肾病患者微量白蛋白尿排泄，对DN有延缓进展的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of Valsartan on the early type 2 diabetic nephropathy with UAER. Method 49 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus with nephropathy were divided into two groups at random: one was normal control group (n=24), the other was given Valsartan 80mg qd (n=25) respectively without changing the previous management of DM. After 12 weeks of treatment the changes of UAER was observed. Result In the control group the UAER changed significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion AT1 Ra Valsartan is effectively reducing the micro albumin excretion in the early diabetic nephropathy and thus protect the kidney. |
