| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定二十七味定坤丸中橙皮苷的含量。方法Agela Promosil C18（250mm×4mm，5μm）分析柱，流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸（15：84：1），流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为284nm。结果橙皮苷线性范围为0．255～3．066μg（r=09998）；平均回收率为98．82％，RSD=0．42％（n=6）。结论本法简便、准确可靠，可用于该药的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective to establish a HPLC method for the determination of twenty-seven kinds of Dingkun pills in the content of hesperidin. Methods Agela Promosil C18 （250 mm × 4mm, 5μm） column, the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-aeetie acid （15 ： 84 ： 1）, the flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1, the detection wavelength was284 nm. results： hesperidin was linear in the range of 0. 255μg-3. 066μg （ r = 0. 9998） ; the average recovery rate as of 98. 82%, RSD= 0. 42% （ n = 6）. Conclusion. this method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of drugs. |
