水果冲击破碎理论研究与应用

摘    要:在分析传统果蔬破碎方法的基础上,提出了将冲击破碎理论应用于水果破碎机上的技术方案.分别用苹果和杏等物料对破碎机进行破碎试验.试验结果表明:水果冲击破碎机能提高压榨出汁率,降低能耗.

Abstract:Based on analysis of the method of the traditional fruit and vegetable crusher, a scheme applying the impact crushed theory into the fruit crusher has been put forward. This paper sets up the model of the fruit impact crush, works out the speed of the material, analyses the impact crushed theory, educes the relations between the crush effect and the factors included the rotate speed of the tool pan, the angle of arrival, the diameter of the feed material and so on. According to those theories and studies, many crush experiments have been made with apple and apricot, and the result of test proves that this fruit crusher can increase the rate of diffusion juice and decrease energy consumption.
