高热流密度自然对流条件下改善热传导性能的实验研究

摘    要:对半导体制冷器件的热端散热进行了理论分析并研制了适合高热流密度且自然对流散热的散热器。通过对试件的测定表明:其传热性能比采用铝翅片加风扇的强制对流方式好,可实现低热阻、无噪声散热。这种散热器同样适合其它有静音要求同时需要传递高热流密度的场合。

Abstract:The thermal transmission at semi conductor refrigerator is analyzed on theory. A radiator fit in with the condition is designed. The test data proved that the thermal transmission performance is better even than the compelling convection radiator made of aluminium radiator fin with fan. This product allows us to design noiseless cooling box with high thermal transmission performance, and it is fit to any other noiseless occasion either.
