仪器车减震台的设计优化

摘    要:本文介绍一种以塑性变形减震概念设计的用于地下爆炸地表层裂区内的仪器车减震台。文中叙述了设计的原理和计算方法。通过同普通的由弹簧和阻尼器构成的减震台的计算对比,说明这种以塑性变形减震概念设计的减震台具有许多优点。对减震台做了吊高达1.5m的落地冲击实验,其结果同计算一致。

Abstract:A shock-isolating platform designed by using the idea of plastic deformation isolation is presented in this paper. This platform was used for an instrument vehicle which was used in the region of surface spall ing caused by underground explosion. The principle and calculation method of design are described. A comparison of calculated results with that of an ordinary isolator made of springs and dampers indicated that it has many advantages in isolating the shock of large displacement. A set of tests by lifting the platform up to 1. 5m and dropping it to impact the ground surface were done and the results were in accord with that of the calculated.
