| 摘 要： | 研究了２０ＳｉＭｎＴｉ钢经过不同热处理工艺处理后的金相组织、力学性能。结果表明，２０ＳｉＭｎＴｉ钢经预淬火＋亚温淬火＋低温回火处理后，材料的强度和塑性具有良好的配合。其抗拉强度达到９５３ＭＰａ，屈报强度为９２７ＭＰａ，伸长率为２０％，断面收缩率为５３．６％。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the microstructure and mechanical properties of 20SiMnTi steel after different heat treatment processes.The results show that the strength and plasticity of the steel match very well after pre quenching and sub critical quench followed by low temperature tempering.The tensile strength is 953 MPa,the yield strength is 927 MPa,the elongation is 20 % and the reduction of area is 53 6 %. |
