病案管理人员继续教育的认识和思考

继续教育是人才素质教育的重要途径，是实现终身教育的必要手段。随着医疗卫生事业的发展，病案管理继续教育仍存在一定的问题并有待于进一步的完善提高。由于我国病案管理继续教育经费投入不足，继续教育管理未到位，继续教育模式落后制约了病案继续教育的发展。针对以上问题文章提出了病案管理继续教育可否分层管理，至少分为初、中、高级职称三个层次，各层的培养目标与继续教育所设课程内容应该一致，这样才能收到比较好的效果。继续教育与培训内容的选择应遵循多层次、阶段性原则；专业化、实用性原则；高、新、宽原则。最终全面提高病案管理人员的知识结构。

Knowledge and Thinking of Continuing Education of Medical Records Managers

Continuing education is a vital ways of talent quality education and a necessary means of achieving lifelong education.With the development of medical health business,it still exist some problems that needs to be further improved.Since the inadequate investment and imperfection management,continuing education mode legging that limits the development of continuing education of medical records.Aiming at the above problems,this paper puts forward whether it can manage for ranks,at least dividing into primary grade,medium grade and advanced grade these three levels.The training goal of these three levels should in accordance with class content of continuing education so that can get better effect.The choice of continuing education and training content should follow the principle of multi-level and stage,professional and practicality and principle of high,new and wide.Eventually,it improves comprehensively the knowledge structure of medical records managers.
