摘    要:低频振荡问题严重影响区域互联电网的安全稳定运行。对低频振荡模式的动态特性进行分析.可以清晰描述出系统的非线性与时变特征,而且能够揭示振荡模式和传播特性。有效跟踪系统的振荡模式,可准确预测系统的不稳定问题,为系统分析与紧急控制提供重要参考。将现有的低频振荡模式动态特性分析方法分为2大类.分别为基于数值解的分析法和基于实测信号的分析法,详细阐明了各种方法的优缺点,并对未来低频振荡模式分析方法的发展方向进行了展望。

Abstract:The problems of low frequency oscillations seriously affect the safe and stable operation of inter-area power systems. Studying the dynamic characteristics of low frequency oscillation can not only describe the system' s nonlinearity and time-varying features, but also reveal the oscillation modes and propagation characteristics. Effective tracking power system' s oscillation mode can forecast the unstable phenomena accurately and provide important references for the system analysis and emergency control. The dynamic characteristic analysis methods were divided into two categories which are based on numerical solutions and measured signals respectively. A review of the advantages and shortcomings of various techniques was presented and a perspective on the future research work was proposed.
