| 摘 要： | 在对潍坊市城区社区卫生服务（CHS）定性、定量调查的基础上,针对CHS发展的现状,利用SWOT分析法,识别潍坊市城区CHS机构内部能力的优势、劣势和外部环境的机会及威胁,并用SWOT的矩阵组合方法进行系统分析,对潍坊市CHS发展过程中存在的问题,提出供选择的策略措施,从而达到实现社区卫生服务高效发展的目的。

| Abstract: | Basing on the current status of the CHS in the district of Weifang that using the methods which the qualitative investigation and the quantitative investigation unifies to carry on the SWOT analysis to discover the existence questions.On that basis,using the strategy of portfolio matrix to propose some alternative development measures to achieve efficient work of the CHS. |
