摘    要:目的:建立人发汞水平的高压消解.原子荧光光谱测定方法。方法:头发样品经清洗,用HN03和H202作为消解剂在聚四氟乙烯消解罐中消解,在选定的工作条件下利用原子荧光光谱法测定消解液中汞浓度。结果:本法检出限0.008μg/L。方法定量线0.4~2.0μg/L,标准曲线相关系数0.9998。重复测量相对标准偏差0.95%;样品加标回收率97.5%~102.8%。结论:本法方便、快速、准确、灵敏度高,适于头发样品中的汞检测。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method to determine hair mercury level by high pressure digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods: The hair samples were digested by hydrogen peroxide and nitric acid after washing. The hair mercury concentration was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry under the selected working condition. Results: The detection limit was 0.008 μg/L. The concentration had a good linear range (0.4-2.0 μg/L), the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8. The relative standard deviation was 0.95%, and the average recovery of the standard was from 97.5% to 102.8%. Conclusion: This method has high sensitivity and good accuracy, and is suitable for determination of mercury in hair.
