| Abstract: | The paper introduces the management objectives of the cost in the extension project in Hu-Ning expressway,describes the cost composition and the relation of the construction cost and the operating cost of the extension project,puts forward the cost control measures of the life cycle according to the features and difficulties of the cost management of the project,achieves the good investment benefit. |
