| 摘 要： | 目的观察西艾克与顺铂联合治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效.方法对30例非小细胞肺癌用西艾克与顺铂联合方案治疗的疗效和毒性进行回顾性分析.结果无CR患者,PR14例,有效率46.7%,主要毒性为骨髓抑制,白细胞减少Ⅲ～Ⅳ度发生率为46.7%,胃肠道反应发生率为60%.结论西艾克与顺铂联合是目前治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效较好的方案,值得临床进一步推广.

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the curative effects of vindesine and cisplatin for non small cell lung cancer. Methods: A restrospective survey was conducted in 30 patients with non small lung cancer treated with the combination regimen of vindesine and cisplatin. Results: The result of the treatment shows that 0 case achieved CR. 14 cases achieved PR, the response rate 46.7%. Conclusion: The combination chemotherapy with vindesine and cisplatin is effective and tolerable treatment of NSCLC. It is worth recommending in clinical treatment. |
