| 摘 要： | 目的观察寿聪胶囊对老年性痴呆（Alzheimer disease，AD）模型大鼠行为学及脑组织中过氧化氢酶（CAT）、单胺氧化酶（MAO）活性的影响，探讨其作用机制。方法选用Wistar雄性大鼠，随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、脑复康组及寿聪胶囊低、高剂量组，每组9只。大鼠颈部注射D-半乳糖合并腹腔注射东莨菪碱制备AD大鼠复合模型，采用跳台法观察大鼠学习记忆能力，用分光光度法测定脑组织中CAT、MAO的含量。结果寿聪胶囊能显著减少AD大鼠的错误次数、延长反应潜伏期，能显著提高模型大鼠脑组织中CAT的含量、降低MAO的含量。结论寿聪胶囊可能通过提高CAT抗氧自由基水平及降低脑组织MAO活性的途径实现其对AD模型大鼠预防和治疗作用。
