| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺部念珠菌感染的易患因素及临床特点。方法经纤维支气管镜防污染毛刷对135例可疑肺部真菌感染患者的病变部位采样，将采集的分泌物进行真菌培养和涂片检查，对肺部念珠菌感染病例进行分析。结果采样135例未发生严重并发症，诊断肺部念珠菌感染58例。58例均有基础疾病和感染诱因。病原菌以白色念珠菌属为主（68．97％），病死率为20.69％。结论肺部念珠菌感染的易惠因素逐渐增多。发病呈上升趋势，病死率高，早期诊治是关键。

| Abstract: | Objective] To find out the predisposing factors and the clinical features of pulmonary candida infection (PCI). Methods] Fungi in samples obtained by fibrobronchoscopy with protected specimen brush from 135 patients with pulmonary infection were cultured and isotaled. The cases of PCI were analyzed. Results] There was no severe complication during the sampling. Among 135 cases, 58 cases had PCI. Various predisposing factors were found in total PCI and the mortality was 20.69%. Candida albicans was ranked the first pathogen (68.97%). Conclusion] The predisposing factors and the morbidity of PCI is rising. The mortality is high and the early diagnosis and treatment is the key. |
