四棱豆硒含量的测定

摘    要:采用分光光度法,研究了四棱豆的硒含量。测定结果表明,四棱豆(干样品)的块根、茎、叶、花、果实、种子和全株的硒含量分别为1.58、4.17、6.08、9.42、7.00、5.83、5.08μg/g,并且各样品相对标准偏差(RSD%)均小于3%,平均回收率为97.0%,方法精确度较高。该研究对四棱豆的综合利用具有重要的理论和实践指导意义。

Abstract:The selenium content in Winged Bean was determined by spectrophotometry.The analytical result showed the selenium contents in the tuberous roots,stems,leaves,flowers,tender pods,seeds and the whole plant of winged bean were 1.58,4.17,6.08,9.42,7.00,5.83 and 5.08 μg/g respectively, in dry sample.The method is sensitive and precise with RSA of less 3% and the recovery of 97.0%.The study provided scientific basis for the development of winged bean,and had important guiding significance in both theory and practice.
